Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused and in original condition

Custom Orders

All custom-made footbags are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Issues with Your Order

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll resolve it.

Defective Items & Replacements

If your item develops a defect* within the first month of use, please contact us with:

  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.

* Tears or damage to the fabric caused by use are not considered manufacturing defects.

Note

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
Normal wear and tear from use is not covered
